1. static holder to free axle hole on bottom.
2. object to move to free axle hole on top.

Lower Jaw

Used in this model mechanism for reciprocating motion have been well illustrated in book "The Lego Mindstorms EV3 Idea Book" on  page 47.

Free end of vertical axle is for supply power from power engine.

Turntable Platform with Cage

Changing the rotation angle in this model is through the use of two gears that is inside the Pin Connector Toggle Join. 

This has been well illustrated and described in book  "The Unofficial LEGO Technic Builder's Guide" on page 96 and 142.

The stabilisation of the system ensures correct mounting Perpendicular H-Shape Liftarm that is on both side of.

Free end of horizontal axle is for supply power from power engine. Bottom end of vertical axle can be free or can set in motion desired element.

It is not perfect but... do own job.

Distance between two square frames is 9 studs.  Enough to put your EV3 Intelligent Brick into this cage... and make your creativity unlimited.

The Leg

A simple but useful mechanism with vibration damping.

The human leg, in the general meaning, is the entire lower limb of the human body, including the foot, thigh and even the hip or gluteal region. However, the definition in human anatomy refers only to the section of the lower limb extending from the knee to the ankle. Legs are used for standing, and all forms of locomotion including recreational such as dancing, and constitute a significant portion of a person's mass.

The Tri-drive mechanism

This mechanism in:

1. horizontal orientation can be use as the tri-star wheel set. Rolling mode is used on a flat surface, acting as any normal wheeled vehicle.
   Climbing mode is useful, when encounters enough resistance to start climbing.
   
2. vertical orientation can be use as base for whirligig toy, rotating around own axis.

This set has a concentric drive arrangement to provide separate power for both rolling and stepping modes of operation. In this set Technic Beam 1 x 5 Thin with Axle Holes on Ends is used. However,  manipulating with length of this Beam | Liftarm you can adjust the length of the arm.

In the post from April 3. I shared a simple program that can be used in many ways. Another is to use a platform to drive the rotation on which we can mount or put up various elements.
